RUSSIA: Graveyard ghoul, why? A man who dug up the bodies of 29 young girls, dressed them like dolls and displayed them in his bedroom has refused to apologize to their parents as he seeks to be released from a psychiatric facility. According to a report Anatoly Moskvin, 53, a historian obsessed with cemeteries  since he was 12, shocked, investigators in the Volga River city of Nizhny Novgorod in 2011 when he carried out his grave-digging spree. We learn that he applied makeup to the mummified “dolls,” which he dressed in clothes, stockings, and knee-length boots —  and celebrated their birthdays in the apartment he shared with his parents. Mr. Moskvin has petitioned to be released from the psychiatric facility, but a judge has extended his stay for another six months.

SOUTH CAROLINA: What an idiot! A man was arrested recently after strolling into a courtroom in the exact same shirt he wore while allegedly stealing packages.
