It’s Time to Act Quickly on the OSHA ETS
We’ve been waiting to see what happens in the litigation challenging the OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) that requires vaccination or testing-and-masking for employees of employers with 100 or more employees.
A Stay had blocked it from going into effect, leading many covered employers to stop (or not start) compliance activities. That Stay was lifted late on December 17 and the next day OSHA announced new enforcement dates. The litigation is on-going, and appeals have been filed. Still, we think the time has come to take action if your organization has 100 or more employees.
As promised, we are here to provide you with information you need, when you need it, for free. This webinar (now available On Demand) will help you implement the OSHA ETS, and cover related federal and state laws. This just-in-time training first aired on Thursday, December 23, 2021.
Guest Speaker, John Forbes
Representative John Forbes, of House District 40 in the Iowa House of Representatives, will be on hand at the end of this webinar to discuss Iowa’s current laws on vaccine passports, masking mandates, and vaccine waivers—especially the most recent vaccine waiver law. Rep. Forbes is also a Pharmacist at the Medicap Pharmacy in Urbandale. He will pull double-duty and educate us on COVID-19 tests. John’s participation will provide unique and valuable insights.
On Demand Availability
