In the second episode of the Larkin Hoffman Real Estate Podcast series, I had an opportunity to wrap up a recent Bisnow panel I moderated at Bisnow’s Twin Cities State of the Market event held in Minneapolis in late August. The panel covered the trends, opportunities and forecasted growth of the Twin Cities construction and real estate markets including predictions about where capital investments are going; the effect of rising interest rates on new development projects; the impact of rent control policies; how developers are pushing new projects forward; what a return to the office is looking like; and the future of redevelopment in downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul.
