Philadelphia Requires Employers to Offer Commuter Benefits

Joining New York, New Jersey, Seattle, Washington DC, and multiple cities in California, effective December 31, 2022, Philadelphia, PA requires employers with 50 or more covered employees to implement a mass transit and bicycle commuter benefits program. Covered employees are those that worked at least an average of 30 hours per week in Philadelphia during the prior 12 months.
