This is another great long term disability appeal victory by Dell Disability Lawyers. In this Mutual of Omaha disability insurance benefit denial our client contacted us after he was denied long term disability. Mutual of Omaha approved his short term disability claim and Social Security disability benefits were approved, but then long term disability division of Mutual Omaha never paid benefits from the inception.

Long term disability benefit lawyers Greg Dell and Alex Palamara discuss the reasons Mutual of Omaha denied long term disability benefits and steps we took to submit a winning disability appeal. Mutual of Omaha approved short term disability but denied long term disability benefits – what was the basis for the Mutual of Omaha long term disability denial? How were we able to prove that our client’s pain was disabling and he could not work?
