Ashia D. Adams has experience advising a wide variety of clients including private equity investors, developers and institutional landlords and tenants across the office, industrial, mixed-use, retail and hospitality space. She has broad experience dealing with multifaceted real estate transactions, including the property elements of corporate and finance transactions. She undertakes a variety of commercial real estate work including investment focused property acquisitions, forward funded development acquisitions and related restructuring, financing (onshore and offshore), major lettings and management work. Ashia has also spent time working in-house with a large corporate client.

Danielle L. Martin is co-chair of the firm’s London Real Estate Group. She has broad experience dealing with complex real estate transactions. She undertakes a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions for a broad spectrum of clients, including corporate end-users, private equity investors, joint ventures and developers. She deals with all mainstream aspects of commercial real estate work, with a particular emphasis on the private equity real estate sector, portfolio sales/restructuring and investment sales and purchases. Dani has also spent time working in-house with two large corporate clients.

Rachel Whittaker is a commercial real estate lawyer with deep experience on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acting for institutional landlords on major lettings, joint ventures, high-value investment acquisitions and disposals, large-scale developments and complex pre-lets, investment and development financings, and property and asset management arrangements. She also has experience in the real estate finance, hotel, health care, and residential sectors.

Rachel has acted for a broad and eclectic mix of clients, including two in-house secondments with global real estate fund manager, Invesco Real Estate. She has also worked on various pro bono matters, including acting for a mental health charity and a women’s rights’ group.
