Greenberg Traurig Local Partner Dr. Philip Radlanski spoke at the 27th Handelsblatt Data Protection Congress in Berlin on May 19.

This year’s Data Protection Congress focused on the challenges posed by data protection law ten years after the GDPR came into force. Philip Radlanski, Local Partner in the IP & Technology practice group, delivered a presentation at the congress in which he used concrete examples to highlight three widespread misconceptions regarding GDPR governance within international corporate structures. He presented a concise model for robust role clarification, contractual architecture and crisis management.
