Law School In The Age Of AI: Rethinking It From The Ground Up

I keep hearing all this stuff about how AI is creating a generation of lawyers who can’t think, write, or research. That they have a sense of entitlement.

I have to admit I’m liitle suspicious since every generation was labled worse than the one before it. Yet we all somehow managed to survive.

And I was encouraged by the approach of a panel of legal educators who talked at RelFest about how they are using AI to improve student learning instead of blaming the students.

Here’s my post about that panel for Above the Law.
