Brandy Sargent

Brandy Sargent helps her clients navigate the unknowns they face when “what if?” really happens. She represents clients in commercial workout, bankruptcy, and litigation matters with an emphasis on assisting vendors, lenders, and contract parties to get paid. Brandy’s practice also focuses on business counseling, contract development, and enforcement actions related to agricultural transactions, including Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) regulation, Food Security Act (FSA) compliance, agricultural and warehousing lien enforcement and defense, and Uniform Commercial Code matters. A lifelong Cubs fan, Brandy has a wealth of experience rooting for the underdog. When she isn’t scaring her opponents, Brandy helps her husband and kids develop, build, and staff haunted house attractions.
