As a member of the Latino and LGBTQ+ community, Eric’s interest in labor and employment law was initially sparked by the burgeoning field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). While Eric primarily focuses on labor and employment litigation, he also appreciates the value of preventative counseling.
