Jairo Keeldar focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border corporate tax law. Jairo has experience with tax structuring, M&A, fund structuring and corporate restructuring.

Jairo holds a LL.M. degree in Tax Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam and a LL.M. degree in International and European Tax Law at University of Amsterdam.
