Lauren E. Wertheimer is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment group. Ms. Wertheimer focuses her practice on defending labor & employment claims brought against employers relating to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. She also has experience defending clients in PAGA actions and class action matters within state and federal employment laws.
