作者：金杜律师事务所 2016年3月30日，金杜律师事务所协助浙商银行股份有限公司（简称“浙商银行”）完成在香港联交所首次公开募股。浙商银行发售H股每股售价3.96港元，全球发售33亿股，全球发售所得款项净额约115.91亿港元（超额配售选择权行使前）。浙商银行此次在港交所成功上市是香港今年首个规模超百亿港元的IPO项目。 浙商银行是中国十二家全国性股份制商业银行之一，浙商银行此次在港交所成功上市打破了全国性股份制商业银行自2010年以来未新增IPO项目的局面。该项目成功引入了五名基石投资者，认购约75.4亿港元，占此次上市融资规模近60%。 金杜在本项目中担任承销商中国法律顾问，全程参与并协助浙商银行在港上市过程中的各项工作，就相关法律问题提供解决方案和意见。本项目的负责合伙人为杨小蕾律师、李元媛律师和刘东亚律师。
