Baker & McKenzie is nominated for the Canadian Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Awards to be conferred by the United Nations Global Compact Network Canada (UN GCNC).

This is the inaugural year for the Canadian SDG Awards. The objective of the Awards is to recognize the outstanding efforts of Canadian businesses who are leading the efforts to integrate sustainable development into core business strategies, and are helping to put Canada and the world on a more sustainable path.

Our firm is nominated along with 20 leading Canadian companies. Voting is open to the public until June 9, 2016. To participate, please follow this link.

The winners will be recognized on June 10, 2016 in a ceremony at the Toronto Stock Exchange, where the UN GCNC will open the market by “Ringing the Bell.” To learn more about the UN GCNC, please visit their website.
