As Chair of the Property Insurance Law Committee for the American Bar Association, I would like to invite you to attend our Spring CLE Program! The program will be held at the JW Marriott in Orlando, Florida, April 6-8, 2017.

The program, entitled Show Me The Money!!, will focus on a wide variety of issues related to payment under an insurance policy including issues related to when payment is due, undisputed and partial payments, proof of loss, and ethical considerations related to payment. This program provides a unique opportunity for attendees to hear from both policyholder and insurance company attorneys!

We are also excited to host a panel presentation on issues related to calculating actual cash and replacement cost values from insurance experts at JS Held, LLC, ProCor Solutions, Quantum Global Advisors, and Matson Driscoll & Damico. The program offers a total of 11.5 hours of continuing legal education credits, including one hour of ethics.

Registration for the program can be found by clicking here.

For reservations, call the hotel directly at (407) 393-4000.

See you in April!
