The Rocky Mountain Association of Public Insurance Adjusters’ Summer Meeting and Seminar (RMAPIA) is scheduled for this Friday at the Embassy Suites in downtown Denver. RMAPIA has applied for continuing education credits for this event in each of the RMAPIA states of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.
Merlin Law Group’s founder and president, Chip Merlin, will be discussing issues that arise with Replacement Cost and Actual Cash Value coverage provisions found in both residential and commercial policies, along with discussion of how they might be resolved.
