In recognition of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd focused our October employment law webinar on Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance related to technology used in hiring and the workplace.

On October 27, Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Chris Gantt-Sorenson and Katie Busbee discussed potential pitfalls for employers regarding the ADA and their organization’s technology. Topics covered during this presentation included:

  • Best practices in making sure your company’s website is ADA compliant; and
  • The ADA and the use of artificial intelligence in hiring and monitoring remote workers.
