MetLife Throws The Kitchen Sink of Disability Denial Reasons At ABInBev Manager

In this long term disability denial, MetLife tried to rely on three different policy defenses to deny disability benefits. MetLife initially paid client for 22 months and then denied LTD benefits prior to the change of definition. MetLife attempted to deny benefits based upon the 24 month mental nervous limitation, neuromuscular limitation and the change of definition from own occupation to any occupation.
