对于远赴美国上市的中概股公司而言，2020年美股市场的政策不稳定性进一步加剧。4月21日，美国证交会与美国上市公司会计监督委员会(PCAOB)发布联合声明，警告投资人应提防中国企业的财务状况风险。5月20日，参议院通过《外国公司担责法案》，规定若中国公司不允许PCAOB审查公司的审计底稿，则该公司将被禁止在美国证券交易所上市或继续进行证券交易。
